What is the member ID verification fee?
All members must now be age-verified and pay a nominal fee (currently $9.99 a year) to help maintain our community safety and ensure minimal age requirements. Learn more.
What happens to my older Xpurity account?
Older, free member accounts (before Feb. 2024) must sign up for a Standard membership using the same email you used originally to join Xpurity. Your account will remain intact, but you will have some additional new feature capabilities. Alternatively, you may upgrade your account to Premium.
What does your criminal background record check look for?
To be eligible for an Xpurity Premium subscription, the member must pass legal age verification, identity resolution, and third-party criminal background record checks (specifically, no assaults or felonies covering the last five years).
What if I have questions about my subscription?
You can access the Xpurity Billing Portal and enter in your email used during signup to manage your subscription. Contact us with any other questions you may have, and we will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You’re free to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. You will continue to have subscription access until your current subscription expires. The ID verification cost is in addition to any membership plan cost(s) and is non-refundable.
